These photos feature some delicious eggs benedict in Minneapolis and St. Paul. From left to right: EB at The Happy Gnome in St. Paul (made with prosciutto, chipotle hollandaise), EB at Ike’s in downtown Minneapolis (with breakfast nipples), EB at Barbette in Uptown Minneapolis (the prettiest EB pictured here, and my favorite of the traditional EB renderings), EB at Jensen’s in Burnsville (made with little pancakes instead of English muffins), and EB at W.A. Frost in St. Paul (by far the most decadent EB, made with CRAB CAKES).
