Hello, I would like my account changed to a setup where you never call me. Never. For any reason. Even if I’m behind on my bill. Whatever. Just don’t call me. Pretend that I’m deaf if that helps. The point is: don’t call me.

Their Internet service is pretty good, but man do I hate dealing with every other aspect of this company.
And don’t get me started about how great @comcastcares Twitter account is. It’s not. Here’s why. They respond over and over again to the same stupid problems. The Comcast Cares people are great, but their time is being wasted due to Comcast’s inability to think beyond a putting out fires level.
Want to let the smart people at Comcast Cares spend more time with their families or working on more interesting problems? Put a sticker on the modem that says, “unplug this for a minute, then plug it back in before bitching about your Internet connection on Twitter.”
