Alliant Techsystems Inc. will work on a $53.4 million contract from the Army, teaming with another company to produce grenade machine guns.
The Eden Prairie-based company will team with Columbia, S.C.-based machining manufacturer FN Manufacturing, providing the U.S. Army Joint Munitions New Jersey with Mk19 Mod-3 Grenade Machine Guns.
