This was shot about a block from Washington Square Park in NYC.
About a minute and a half in, that’s when you see cops drag a woman from the sidewalk into a Citibank so they can hold her until they’re ready to arrest her.
I was getting worried that New York was boringly safe!
Citibank venue doubling as a jail - for their customers.
