Now this is happening.
I just started using this (free) app yesterday.
It’s called “Self Control”, and it is all business.
Once activated, I can’t access these domains no matter what.
Even restarting doesn’t work.
How did it come to this?
I love this program, though I hate that I have to use it. Give me a computer and no net access and you’ll see what productivity really is. That’s why I fear wifi on airplanes. That’s my final bastion of forced disconnectivity.
EDIT: There’s another program called Freedom which shuts off ALL network for a time you specify. Pretty heavy-handed, but if it’s something you need, go for it.
I couldn’t tumbl this if I used this.
What’s with the import option? Do people have that many sites they need to blacklist themselves from?
