I think farmers have a lot to gain through the publication of videos like this. This one is currently featured on the Minnesota Turkey Growers Association’s website.
Farmers selling direct through farmers markets would probably benefit the most from this. Help people who want to understand where their food is coming from do so. It should lead to more interesting conversations between farmers and their customers down the road as well. Make a connection.
